Kurt hasn't been charged with any crime, and the only thing that's hapened so far is some "Family Court Commissioner" (whatever that is) in Delaware says there's enough evidence that he thinks Kurt is guilty of domestic abuse. The only evidence is this girl is saying it happened, and I'm not saying it didn't, but in other words the only thing that has happened so far is the "Family Court Commissioner" has ruled he believes her. How many people in the world would losse their job over this? Here's the answer, not many.
