Example of one of my biggest peeves with NA$CAR. Second tier should be for up-and-comers, NO first-tier stars (including Mark Martin back then), and not even first-tier down-and-outers (including John and Joe). Maybe a rehab start or two after an injury, as baseball does. I know all the "butts in the seats" and learning from the big guys ideas, but that's crap.
