Trading some barbs now in the press. I can see both sides....we lose customers who send us PO's for big orders then cancel them as our stuff under performed in real world usage. Some don't even give us chance to make changes. And this is Nascar...tough to win. OTOH....Richard....nobody does anything with a hand shake though I'm not sure how he meant that.
