Yea it depends on the prep. I've gone 5 times now and three were easy....just starving and sick of jello and broth soup! But two they changed how they did them and the prep now was not so much fun. My last one you do one kit at night....then one 5 hours before the procedure the following day. That one wasnt fun....waking up at 3am to guzzle a liter+ of water mixed with this new prep solution. Women have a lot of issues with keeping the prep down...but I use a few tricks for that too that my wife said was better for her. But as you said the procedure was nothing at all. Actually I love watching them inject the sleeping aid and asked to do it last time myself. But some people are horrified of needles.
