I am in chronic pain most of the time, night and day, but Friday night I tripped & fell backwards in the living room. I am not sure what happened, but I think I tripped on a cord. I could stop the fall and though the floor is carpeted, I still hit it very hard. I had been to the chiropractor earlier but she couldn't get my neck to adjust & the fall made it worse, also my knees, hands & shoulders especially the right side. My right arm & shoulder feel like someone is pulling them out of joint.

I always use ice packs, heat & a massage cushion, but nothing is helping very much.
