I'm all set up on my Verizon Fios. He was supposed to show up between 10 and 12. At 11:30 I could sense that nothing will be going well today. He showed up at 11:45 and things went smoothly after that. He was a nice guy. We talked about the view from my balcony and about this neighborhood. He mentioned that he lives in Woodhaven, Queens. That's where I grew up! He went to the same elementary school as me. He graduated in 1985 and I graduated in 1964. It just seemed like New York City has that old town feel :-)
