Kathy needs a new computer with Windows (whatever version Gates is on) and an English keyboard (which is why we don't buy one in Manzanillo).

I could probably figure this out through the trial and error process, but has anyone ordered a computer from the U.S. (or Mexico, with the English requirements) and had it successfully delivered to LM?
