card at the bus stop ($1,300 pesos) to pick up a package? I said no,
they cancelled the card.
Next day or so I was in the bank to report the false charge, I had to fill
out about the same amount of paperwork that one does to open an account.
I left with a sheet of paper with a secret code on it and a telephone
number that I must call within 24 hours.
Back at the office I tried calling the number, there was so much static on
the line that I couldn't get anything done. By the time the static
had subsided my time period had elapsed. I just wrote the charge
off as a loss vowing to never repeat that process again.
