Mandala’s are a circle symbolizing Unity and can be used to connect Self to the Universe.
What: I am once again offering you an opportunity to join me in painting a watercolor mandala with the intent of creating inner peace and balance for yourself. When you are centered and balanced you create an energitic field which spreads outward. Many have joined me in the past and have requested I continue the monthly mandala meditation sessions this season. I just realized that November is almost over, so this Tuesday, I’m offering the first session of the season. It is one small way to pause and ‘DO SOMETHING' to keep positive energy flowing in yourself in our fast-paced world.
How: You just show up. I will bring watercolor supplies and markers and guide you in how to paint a mandala. If you have your own watercolor supplies, please bring them.
When: This Tuesday, November 26, 11:00am to 12:30pm.
Where: Cato’s Restaurant, on the beach close to the communal fish market. (There is a crocodile sculpture at the entrance) This restaurant is allowing us to use their space at no charge. I would encourage you to possibly come early and/or stay after our painting meditation session for food or drink.
Who: Anyone who would like to join in and paint together.
Why: There is power and energy when like minded folks join together with the same intent. Our intent is to use the watercolor meditation to center ourselves, and then send out positive energy toward maintaining peace in a world that may at times feel a bit out of balance.
Cost: There is no cost, other than your time and positive energy. A small donation for paint supplies is welcomed but not required. Hope you will join me.
