Guadalajara Jalisco. In Jalisco, non-essential businesses must meet a series of requirements to be able to open.
The State Government detailed the guidelines to be followed by industries, businesses, services and non-essential public activity that may begin their economic reactivation in Phase Zero from June 1.
These requirements may be processed free of charge, as of May 18 on the official website of the State Government, the protocols that each draft must adopt will be published.
The essentials established from the beginning of the restrictions may continue without completing this procedure.
Starting Monday, the website saaene.jalisco.gob.mx will be enabled where they must register, fill out an application with 12 requirements and sign a letter of commitment.
Once the businesses report that they comply with the provisions, the Ministry of Labor, together with the municipalities, will be responsible for verifying the information.
Non-essential businesses that do not comply with the protocols or open arbitrarily will be fined based on the General Health Law.
It is established that industries with more than 100 workers must stagger their hours to avoid crowding on public transport.
Every 15 days they must perform PCR tests on their employees to detect Covid-19. The company will assign a licensed doctor or nurse to be the liaison with the State Government and report possible cases of coronavirus.
Those with less than 100 employees may be part of the Jal Radar Jalisco íprogram.
The established requirements will have to be carried out during the next 15 days, if they are met, the industries and shops may reopen from June 1
