Let's Talk about our Olive Oil 😃

The extra virgin olive oil "Luna de Anáhuac" is made by Mrs. Jazmin Medina Serralde, 3rd generation producer from the town of Tulyehualco in Xochimilco, State of Mexico.

Doña Jazmin along with her brothers and family make the olive oil known in the market as "La Nueva España". It is a 100% family business that uses cultivation and production techniques inherited from its ancestors.

They use olives of the variety: mission, criolla and gordal, grown without agrochemicals, from olive trees in Xochimilco and from the more than 100 hectares of olive trees in the state of Hidalgo, in the region of Valle del Mezquital.
