Main dishes:Duo de fondue served on aniz and oregano bread,
fermented and baked in our kitchen.
-Chipotle fondue, made with mixture of Mennonite and zacatecas cheese, intoxicated with mescal and some notes of smoke from chipotle chile.
-4 cheese fondue, mix of brie ,parmesan, gorgonzola and cheddar
accented with white wine and a fresh touch of tarragon and sage
Both will accompanied by fresh vegetables, shrimps ,octopus
chicken and beef.
Dessert:chocolate fondue, mix of 70% chocolate 90% cacao,
mezcal cream and a spicy touch ,accompanied by fresh juicy fruits.
