Was downtown early this morning and the energy was palpable in the air! Lots of cars parked along all the side streets and vendors setting up!

Back across the arroyo and nothing but a couple of extra cars parked at houses normally vacant!

Let the fun begin! Wish I was able to go out and enjoy with them but am holding myself back, not fear, just think perhaps wise, who knows with all, as you point out, the various contradictions!
