Bob... my credit union NOB and one credit card company both use my mothers maiden name as a required secondary log-in authentication question.
Not being overly paranoid here but it's something to consider and keep in mind. The need to know that information may come up in dealing with Mexican paperwork or authorities where official names may require 3 or 4 in order to register for some service.
