Sounds like what I had, but after 24 hrs I stumbled over to my tried & true cure for food poisoning (home grown umeboshi) and it worked decisively and within minutes So sorry I don't have extra to pass out. But, since it's a cultured product, maybe other cultured products might help-- sauerkraut, kimchee, kefir, kombucha, yogurt,etc but , must have the live cultures.
