Incredibly tasty new Artisanal chili oil/ hot sauce made by Chayo and her family here in La Manzanilla. It’s very light on the chili, and there is also a hotter version. It’s got lots of toasted seeds and peanuts, as well as raisins, which give it a very roasty, rich savoury flavour.

We tried it on Vietnamese Spring rolls that we made, and it was amazing. I slathered it on my quesadilla today - the bomb! We think it will be perfect for fish tacos - that's next on the list. We already ate most of the jar, and we’ve only had it for 2 days!
