Hola and Bonjour dudes. I hope you would consider an at-least one-time Indian food experiment.

For example (Appetizer):-
- Onion Bhaji
- Veggie Samosa

then :-
- Chicken Korma (Coconut flavor, creamy with mellow spices)
- Shrimp Madras (More herbs, less spicy, characteristically Indian, closest to mexican style maybe?).
- Beef Vindaloo (very hot, for the brave, I want some, serve with sour cream - overconfident people like me will fail)
- Some interesting rice, fried rice and vegetable mix-up side dishes.
