A young person died from injuries recently, when he was hit by a truck on a beach in Manzanillo.

This information is from a Facebook post; though I haven’t verified it, I believe everyone should be aware of the danger, and help to stop the vehicle traffic on our beach here in La Manz.

Driving on the beach is illegal, yet it seems the law is not being enforced.

I told Guillermo, our delegado, about my concern. He agreed that vehicles on the beach are illegal. I’m not sure how he will enforce the law, but if everyone would speak to him, maybe it would become a priority. This is a good time to do this, just before Semana Santa. Let’s see if we can make a difference.
