Did this actually happen in Manzanillo or on Playa de la Matamoros, Tamaulipas on the east coast? I have only seen it on the FaceBook post but nowhere else in the news. If it actually occurred, I am sure it would be widely reported. Not to say it didn't happen, it would be a tragedy if any vehicle (quad, motorcycle, car or truck) hit someone on the beach, buried or not.
