I totally agree with his assessment. I came to Mexico to live with Mexicans and learn from Mexicans, not get more gringos telling me what they expect from me in a country that is NOT theirs. It's why I left the Yucatan Peninsula; too many gringos blew up the prices and spoiled the culture. I hope La Manz doesn't go that way. But we are already on the cusp, and I have already experiencd my first Karen here, who wasn't named Karen.
