In the past paying capitol gains when selling Ejido land has been less strict than when selling titled property. I have a feeling that is about to change, time will tell.

I applied for my RFC 20 years ago using my accountant to guide me through the process.

Very recently I had a seller who was thinking about getting and RFC, I called my accountant and he still provides that service.
