Mazinka's guess is closest to the event, there was no other quantifying rules in the guidelines.

But you may continue to argue your position if you choose, just don't muddy the waters as lawyers who are loosing tend to do.

"Guess the date and time we will hit the cumulative one inch of rain.
No guess closer than one hour of a previous guess and no guess between 10 pm and 7 am.
