I bought one, loved the little phone, threw away the box, then once everything loaded and the phone was charged, I could not call out or receive calls. I also got the message the phone would not operate in Mexico.

Felipe came to the rescue and helped me by recommending and purchasing a new cell phone from Oxo store. Lesson learned …don’t throw away your packaging too soon. Thanks so much to Felipe for great service in investigating all this and setting me up with a great little cell phone that works!!!!
