I've used Western Union/OXXO to receive donation money for the ambulance. You just go the the WU web page and follow the directions. There are a number of options, but I always picked the least expensive. WU will give you a code. Your friend would go to OXXO to pick up the money, and he needs to show the code and ID of some sort. OXXO often doesn't have enough money in their till. In that case, you can go into Melaque and pick it up. The website will give you a list of possible places to pick up. Hope this helps, Dave.
