You may have already sent the money by now via WU, David but if not, as another option, I've also sent money/donations from my bank account to the futbol coach there using Xoom, a PayPal subsidiary (https://www.xoom.com/). Very easy, a similar process as Jeanne described, fee seemed reasonable. In my case, they preferred to pick the dinero up at Elektra instead of the Oxxo.
