Thanks, Daniel. There is the one difference between Starlink and Telmex, as I understand it (and, in saying this, I am technologically challenged to say the least) Telmex relies on cables and wires where Starlink sends a signal from one of its many satellites.

So, my real question is does a Starlink connection recognize the country in which I am receiving its signal? Would I even need a VPN to access U.S. programming?
