I favour taking a taxi (walk across the pedestrian walkway over the hiway at the airport cost approx 200 pesos) to Posada de Roger on Basilio Badillo (street) in the 'old town" of PV (sports bar and many great restaurants in area).

There is a secondary (parada de autocamiones) bus depot on the next street (Venustiano Carranza (street) (3 blocks from Posada de Roger)). The Primera buses stop there on their way south on Hiway 200. If you check out Google Maps - streetview currently, you will see a Primera Plus bus parked outside the depot.

Posada de Roger is a favourite overnight stay and is often booked. Last trip (November) I stayed at the Porto Allegro Hotel at 117 Hidalgo (street) and, while it is a bit further from the "parada de autocamiones" it is now on my preferred overnighter locations in PV.
