I am hoping to buy the drug at a pharmacy this winter, but have only so far checked in La Manzanilla. They do not have it but thought I might be able to get it in Melaque. I am going to Manzanillo this week and will check there as well. I've also sent an email to my friend in San Miguel who was involved with getting it for my the one who passed. Hopefully she will respond. Sorry I'm not more helpful as I know your request is urgent.

This is the info I have thus far about the drug to use:
