Sorry, I don't know their days of operation but it is only at dinner time not lunch as far as I know. I'm sure you can't go wrong Wed-Sun.
Other menu items: we were only going for wings so didn't pay much attention to other items. I saw a hamburger and they also do shrimp but I'm sure there are other things as well. Although it is a small restaurant and kitchen so the menu is not extensive. What they do with wings they do really well.
