I am renting a place a block above the church. For about two weeks now, there have been two goats wondering around the area. Yesterday they were bleating most of the day. It appears that they are locked behind a gate to a house where no one is living. There does not seem to be water nor any food or plants behind this gate. We think they walked down a hill and jumped down behind the gate and they cannot get out. I walked around and tried to open the gate but it is locked.
When I woke up today, they are still behind the gate and bleating.
I am not sure what to do. Does anyone know who these goats belong to and how to reach the owner?
I will walk down to the Delgado/police station this morning to see if they can help.
Any other ideas?
