I have had better luck in La Manzanilla then in Melaque. The fee is definitely higher in town here but I can withdraw 16000 which is like the equivalent of 4 transactions in Melaque (30 pesos each plus 50 peso bus ride return)...the fee for that one transaction is 160 pesos. I won't bother making the trip again for banking.
