Hello!


Join us for a relaxing session of guided meditation at Casa Luz. We will flow into a state of deep relaxation through calming the mind, connecting with our breath and releasing tension in our body.



THE DETAILS:

* By donation: all money will be given to SECOND CHANCE DOG RESCUE CENTER! (25% goes to casa luz)

* 11-11:45am Sunday March 19th

* Please arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled and comfortable

* Yoga mats, blankets, yoga blocks and chairs are available. You are welcome to all of it so that you can be extra comfortable.
