I'm glad you got information directly from Valentin. I guess the problem is that the fence at his rescue isn't good enough to contain the dogs. I hate to see dogs put down, but that seems like the absolutely right thing to do in this case. I was just worried that the usual chisme was circulating without trying to find out the facts first.
