Several years ago, I bought a LD portable air conditioner Model LP 1015WSP to use during afternoon siestas in the hottest part of the day. Then I moved to a place with an air-conditioned bedroom, so I no longer need it. Its dimensions are 25”/64cm high by 12”/40cm deep by16”/41cm wide. With 12,000 BTU, it is strong enough to cool an entire floor. It comes with a manual in Spanish and English, a remote control, a hose for venting, and all the parts and pieces to fit through a window of any size. The rollers make it easy to move. There are three settings: cool, fan, and dehumidify. This model is no longer made, but someone read a review that said it was “noisy,” In my noisy neighborhood, the sound was as soothing as the sea. I just tested every setting, and all parts work as designed. I paid $5,999 pesos for it and would like to sell it for $2,500. (The newer models range from $9,000 to $14,000.)
