Frida Kahlo loved pulque and there are still some wonderful pulquerias around Mx City, Puebla, Cholula. Frida and her students painted a mural on a local pulqeria not far from her house in Coyoacan (a suburb of Mx City). Sadly it is no longer there. However, the pulquerias that are there offer great tasting flights - sometimes up to 11 different flavours.
