We will flow into a state of deep relaxation through calming the mind, connecting with our breath and releasing tension in our body.
We generally begin with some gentle breathwork to ease ourselves into the experience followed by a deeply relaxing body scan and moments of silence to integrate the feelings of calm, peace and clarity. The session will run for approximately 40 minutes.
Everyone is welcome, it doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner or have been meditating for years. We all connect with different methods of meditation differently and some days perhaps someone needs a more movement-based session and other days, more silence and stillness. So I invite you to join us and perhaps try something new.

* Please arrive five minutes early to get yourself settled and comfortable
* Yoga mats, blankets, yoga blocks and chairs are available. You are welcome to all of it so that you can be extra comfortable.
* Quiet pets are welcome
