Enjoyed many a morning before Gringo Day making the sauce with a bunch of gals at Ross and Sharon’s house on the beach..then the guys would all come and pick it up to make “our” delicious birria! Without fail, for years, Dave would then come around with a rose to all the volunteer workers and sometimes it fell on Dia de Amistad! Wonderful memories…thanks Dave for your thoughtfulness!
