I don't think that we can count on Spanish-speaking locals to post important information on the Message Board because they use the La Manzanilla Life FB page to communicate. Apparently Ricardo and Yessie, as well as Lidia and Enrique before them, were more in touch with the foreign community, and thus we knew when CFE bills were due. From now on, we might have to depend on each other to spread the word in English.
