Hola, Todos. The mugging culprit has been apprehended in Melaque according to the Delegado. The unfortunae mugging event took place by the Puesta del Sol Hotel area. It was an isolated event that took advantage of a person that was in the street, in the dark, and headed for home close to midnight. No home was broken into or entered.

The Delegado is saddened that this happened in our little town but is quite certain that it is not likely to occur again because the police are alerted and vigilant. The culprit happened to be homeless and was not a local person. He had been living in a tent which he moved around.
