I believe you are thinkin of Euchari Hospital in Manzanillo. Both Dr Euchari, the father, and Dr. Euchari, the son, are orthopedic surgeons. Dr. Toscano, the cardiologist, is the only other doctor I've seen highly recommended on the message board.
