If I recall INTERCAM charges a flat fee of $9 amn for a transfer, plus 16% IVA on the $9 plus they take their cut on the exchange rate. So if the rack rate is 17 they may give you 16.6 or so.

I researched this concept a few years ago and at that time the best exchange rate plus lowest cost was TRANSFERWISE, (now called WISE).

If you have lots of pesos this is the time to buy $ dollars amn and move those $ to the states.
