Jan, we have found out and also been told by CFE workers that when you get a power outtage, have as many of your neighbours report it as possible. Use the section in the CFEcontigo app, call 071, whichever you can and bug them.

Apparently the more reports, the quicker they get to fixing (so said the CFE workers!).
