Last I heard, the only vehicles from out of country that can be licensed in Mexico have to have been made in either Canada or the US…..the ‘Three Amigos Trade Accord’. Vehicles made in Japan for example are not eligible. That was a number of years ago now so if anyone has any current info I would appreciate knowing about it. Thanks.
