James, I looked up Fix it 911 and saved copies of the google maps.

First try and finding it failed so I installed Google maps and after my privacy getting a good finger ####ing used it for the first time, it talked to me on the speaker and took me directly to the store.

The door to the store is about 10 feet from the curb which is painted yellow (no parking). There was a person inside at the counter watching me, same as the person in tire balancing story it seemed as if he was waiting for me to show up.
I asked him where I could park? He came out to the car and talked to me through the passenger window, he said "park here". I said its yellow curb, won't I get a ticket? He just shrugged.

He asked me "what do you need?" I showed him the CAT 5 cam cable and said "a new one of these, do you carry them?" He looked at the cable and asked if I wanted the same quality or better? I said the better one. He used his arms to measure the length of the cable then said that it would cost $45 pesos per meter and he could have one here in 15 minutes! I'm like yeah, do it!

Knowing that 15 minutes can be any length of time I gave him my phone number and said for him to call me when it was at his store and I would come get it as I had some other things to do.

One of those things involved going to Telmex, I walked in and was the only person there waiting to be served! I sat at one of the desk (the other two people were just sitting there waiting for clients to show up). I said this is the first time in 25 years that I have seen this place like this, is this unusual for a Friday? He said no, that around 12 pm it would change.

So about 45 minutes later I get a call from the computer guy Roberto, he said the cable is there, so I went and got it.

A painless experience, all because James took the time to try and help me, it was just the link I needed and I really can't thank you enough!

I got a burger king, a starbucks and drove home, one of the best Manzanillo experiences I have ever had!

Life is good

Oh, and by the way the web cam is working again! (if it is daytime). I will have to wait and see if its really fixed or just pretending to be but confidence is high.
