As the message board begins to get busy with folks looking for rentals, rides etc…I would like to remind folks that both of the non-profit community stores are always in need of replenishing for the upcoming season!

Manos Ayundando Libreria is happy to announce we have three new students to add to our scholarship roster! We could use your used books, preferably newer publications and current magazines! At this time we ask for no hardback books and dvds seem to be a thing of the past! If you have room, please squeeze in a book or two in your luggage!

Otra Vez thrift store is always looking for more cotton clothes that work well in our coastal environment and almost any other used item for house and garden! We will no longer be taking computers or old telephone equipment and prefer all electric items to be in working order when dropped off! But Colton clothes…please!

If you are interested in volunteering we would like to go back to 7 days a week this season so please inquire at swunner@earthlink.net if interested..stating which store and when you will be arriving approximately!
