Is anyone driving to La Manzanilla tomorrow? I am travelling with a large suitcase and a carry on.

I'm planning to catch a Primera Plus from Carranza in Old Town if I don't get a ride. I talked to a driver today, and he said I could board there at 1:30 (in front of the Kiosko),as long as I pay cash. But I forgot to ask if I can get my luggage loaded in the bottom part of the bus. Does anyone know what the policy is these days?
