We started our residency plan thinking that we would do it on our own and then get help once we arrived in Mexico, but quickly found out that not everything works the way we think it should regarding Mexico. We are so happy that we got a consultation with TIA RICHARDSON early into our application planning process. She had a phone consultation with us and helped us with consulate application strategies that worked for our personal situation. She is very professional and to the point, she also offered different packages for each stage of the process. Then when the initial consulate we choose to apply at didn’t respond in a timely manner (and when they did, it was a 6 month waiting period for an appointment), TIA redirected us and got us in with another consulate. We both walked out of the consulate in Arizona last month with permanent residencies!! We were so excited to get permanent because TIA had mentioned that it could go one of two ways. So glad that we took her advice and now all we must do is get to Mexico and change our VISAS for our resident cards. Tia has already scheduled us with the local Immigration office in advance of our arrival as the office has a new agent and an appointment is now needed.
