Three classes this week:

Monday 8:15 Restorative yoga, slow longer holding stretches for deep relaxation with minimal instruction and maximum support of props and gentle breath work.

Wednesday 8:15 Hatha Yoga with Strength, a bilingüe class that moves at a easeful pace. I introduce various progressions for the majority of stretches to accommodate the various ranges of body flexibility and strength. We work our core in various exercises throughout.

Saturday 8:15 Hatha Yoga with strength, same description as Wednesday.

Cost is 100 pesos but will rise to 120p for a single drop in. I will also offer 5 class package for 550p and 10 class package for 1000p. Those packages will be valid until May 1, 2024.
