Thank you for taking on the La Manzanilla community communication message board. In the several years I have been coming to this village, I have found the message board fun, informative, community-building, and super helpful in emergencies. So thank you.

You may already have considered this, but if not, I have a request for your consideration as you contemplate how to proceed with possible changes to the message board.

As both someone who has looked for accommodation here in the village, as well as someone who has had accommodation available, I am hoping there might be some way that the ‘new’ message board might include a system to connect people who have accommodation with people who are looking for accommodation. A side bar, or ‘stream’, that wouldn’t clutter the message board or negatively impact people using the message board who are NOT interested in this topic. And a system that would not contravene message board rules.
