First Class of this season: Thursday, November 23, 2023 -- 9-10:30 a.m.
Thereafter: Monday and Thursday mornings 9-10:30.
I am a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher with 30ish years' experience teaching regular classes and assisting in special needs classes in Victoria BC and about 12 years of teaching in La Manzanilla.
(Special Needs classes are referred to as Medical classes in India and Therapeutic classes in the US.)
Casa Luz is fully equipped with mats, straps, blocks, blankets, etcetera, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Students of all abilities are welcome, and I will do my best to address your particular abilities and issues while encouraging you to monitor and respect your own level of participation, and what better place to do that than under the palapa in the spacious, meticulously clean, and airy atmosphere of the top floor of Casa Luz.

Casa Luz is located at Calle Boca del Rio #75. Please open the gate, turn left, and continue upstairs to the 3rd floor.
